PRE-TOURNAMENT MEETING INFORMATION
Sunday, September 26 is the date for our pre-tournament meeting. This meeting is the primary time for training and packet distribution. PLEASE DO YOUR BEST TO ATTEND THIS MEETING.
If you absolutely cannot make the meeting, please let us know!
Location:
Volunteer tent at Annandale - just east of the clubhouse parking lot, near #1 fairway
Meeting Schedule:
(You only need to come to one of the two times below, depending on your experience level.)
Volunteers who have previous experience as Viking Classic standard bearers:
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Come and go packet pickup
First-time standard bearers:
3:00 PM - 4:00 PM - Brief training session and packet pickup
Packets will include your season passes, T-shirts, information sheet, and for those working Thursday and/or Friday, your tee time assignments for those two days.
